This is what we learned from those who sleep under our duvets.
Our first survey was collated in Nov 21, specifically to those who purchased an Ava Innes duvet. We were delighted to receive 44 responses! Thank you.
We asked our customers who had purchased a duvet if their sleep had improved, if so in what way, if there was a particular feature they were pleased with and specifically did they notice the temperature regulating qualities.
A staggering 93% of our customer replies said they noticed an improvement in their sleep quality, with 69% stating a reduction in sleep disturbance caused by individuals over heating or couples with differing temperature preferences.
Our early research and trials, had led us to believe this to be a major factor in sleep debt and something we felt our duvets could help with.
In addition to the temperature regulating benefit, 66% of our customer survey results also mentioned the weight of the duvet to be beneficial. Many sleep researchers and consumers have raved about the benefits of ‘weighted blankets’ to help troubled sleepers, they claim to reduce anxiety, aid falling asleep, and maintaining a healthy depth of sleep. Our duvets seem to naturally address some of these sleep problems too. Our duvets are made from natural products and our patent protected innovative filling is naturally a weightier fibre than synthetics or other natural fillings.
